- She or he will help with carry-on luggage and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counters, where he or she will assist with immigration documents details to ensure that your official entry into Thailand occurs without any delays.
- After collecting your luggage from the Bagage claim area, she or he will then guide you through customs and deliver your bags to our driver. If you are traveling by other means of transportation, you will be taken to it in stead. If the pick up vehicle does not hold green or yellow license plates, please ask the driver to park in the parking building and meet at outerdoor number 3.
Bangkok Airport VIP Departure Service
- Our friendly Airport Hostess will meet & greet with you near your airline's check-in counter in the departure hall, holding a sign with your name or a more discrete expression like a company name, logo, initials, etc.
- She will assist with check-in and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counter, where she will ensure that your official exit from Thailand occurs without any delays and, if so required, accompanies you to the VAT refund claim center.
- After directing you to your departure Gate or your airline's lounge this service in concluded.
Round trip Bangkok Airport VIP packages
- Suvarnabhumi Airport Arrival Service with meet & greet and fasttrack service as above + immediate departure by Limousine to your resort, hotel or other type of accommodations in Hua Hin, Cha-am, Pranburi, Chumpon or elsewhere in Thailand.
- Limousine pick up from your resort, hotel or other location and immediate transfer to Suvarnabhumi Airport near Bangok, where our airport hostess will be waiting to guide you trough check-in, fast track immigration counters, and all the way to the gate or airport lounge.
- As with any of our services all standard charges likes taxes, tolls for expressway, gasoline etc. are included so there are no (hidden) extra's.
Meet & greet + Fast track immigration rates are per person (per passport holder, regardless of age) and all inclusive. The Fast Track incl. Limousine packages include round trip transfers in our Toyota Camry limousines + fast track arrival & departure service.

However, if you also require a Limousine transfer with the fast track service, kindly enter the limousine booking first via the Hua Hin Minibus & Limosuine booking form and copy the reservation number assigned there, as you will require that for the fast track service booking.
